Please read on and watch the videos below, and I hope you'll join us for our next community event.
FREE Community Event: Ask a Health Coach
Join us Monday, September 10th at 6:00 pm for our next community event with Tracy Leventhal, our Holistic Health Coach. She will be presenting her Top 10 list of game-changing items you can do right now to improve your health.
Have you ever wondered why it matters what time you eat or when you go to bed, whether to meditate, or how to filter your water? These will be just some of the discussions along with much more, so join us, bring your friends and any questions you might have. Knowledge is power but community is key, so let's join together and support one another in making these changes toward better health.
Also, those in attendance will receive Tracy's "Just One Thing" Level 1 protocol with 50 items you can work on to improve your health starting now.
We hope to see you there and are pleased to announce that Health Coach visits can now be billed to your insurance or to Medicare starting Sept 1st.
Seats are limited, so click here to RSVP or call the office at (818) 957-6909.
Enjoy the videos, and as always, please feel free to pass this along!
