Actions to lower EMF (and still live normally)

Cell phones, microwaves, wireless routers, laptops, bluetooth.... all modern technology devices that give us tremendous freedom and convenience.

The upside? Making dinner in just a few minutes when you don't have time to cook or being able to use your laptop out on the patio, or not missing that important phone call when you're not at home. (NOTE: NEVER text while driving.) Yes, there are numerous advantages to using the technology available to us today.

The downside? The EMF (electromagnetic field) radiation that these devices give off can disrupt our health. That is something we should take steps to avoid or at least minimize, if at all possible.

For instance, when using your cell phone, you can use a wired headset or the speakerphone, so the phone is farther away from you. You can also buy phone and laptop accessories that help shield you from the harmful EMF radiation.

While there are many studies and resources that provide vital information on EMF signals and what we can do to minimize their effects on our health, I wanted to recommend a few so you can make informed decisions to keep yourself and your family healthy. The links are listed below.

The Environmental Health Trust carries out cutting edge research to understand and reduce environmental health risks.

BioInitiative research summaries regarding health standards for EMF.
