Good Honey Bad Honey

Yes, as you can see by the video below, I'm still rocking the Movember 'stache. Still wanting to promote men's health awareness for a few more days, so....

#DidYouKnow that honey (the right kind of honey, that is) has amazing health benefits? For some interesting details on honey, the good and the bad, watch the video below.

Now that's what I call short and "sweet" :)

Enjoy, and as always, feel free to pass this along!

Movember

MOVEMBER. No, that's not a typo.  For those of you who don't know about Movember (mustache November), it's a movement geared toward raising awareness of men's health issues. Go here to find out more.

Here's an encore of last Movember's blog: http://dryoshirahm.blogspot.com/2015/11/movember.html

And here's some more video fun: My daughter eating a raw onion at 8 months of age. (You'll understand once you watch the video below ;)

Needless to say, Movember is a most worthy cause because it raises awareness of men's health issues and, regardless of what gender you are, it encourages all of us to live healthy lives. You don't have to be a man to care about men's health.

So, men, if you haven't started already... GROW THAT 'STACHE!!

Happy Movember! :)

Enjoy the videos, and as always, feel free to pass this along!
