Our December Community Event is all about you! 

Take time out from your busy Holiday schedule and join our Holistic Health Coach, Tracy Leventhal, as she shares her favorite self-care items that you can gift yourself or others this Holiday Season. 

This is a great opportunity to get inspired with last minute gift giving ideas that promote health and happiness. 

We'll be sampling holiday snacks and essential oils while learning about Tracy's favorite things for her and her family. 

We will end the evening with a simple meditation focused on gratitude and love.
