Stress less. Accomplish more. (For real)

Did you see the interview after the Olympics where gold medalist Allison Schmitt said, “Happy swimmers are fast swimmers”? The same is true for you. The less stress you have in your body, the more you are able to accomplish. And the happier you’ll feel.

Why? Stress makes you stupid.

And yet most of us wear it like a badge of honor. We boast, “I’m so busy.... my life is really stressful.”

What if life could be so much easier without sacrificing your work, your goals, or your happiness?

My friend and rock star meditation teacher, Emily Fletcher, may have the answer for you. She just launched a free, online master class called “Stress Less, Accomplish More.”  And it’s really a must-watch.

Because you’ll:

  • Discover your unique reaction to stress (and how it’s keeping you stuck)
  • Learn a relaxation tool to get grounded and focused
  • Get out of the pursuit of happiness and into the happiness of pursuit
  • Enjoy a guided visualization to get out of overwhelm and get on top of your game

Your time is precious. I get that. And I promise that this will be time very well spent.

Emily is the real deal. She takes the woo-woo out of meditation and explains the practical benefits in a way that makes you actually want to meditate.

I can say from personal experience that meditation has helped me accomplish so much more without the stress or overwhelm.
You can watch the master class for free HERE

Enjoy, and as always, feel free to pass this along!
