Follow up to the Most Important Message I've Ever Sent - I Cry

Thank you all for supporting my prior request to oppose California's AB 2098 (doctor censorship bill).  Unfortunately, it has passed 12-5 in the Business & Professions Committee. Next it heads to the Appropriations Committee where you may please register your opposition. Physicians for Informed Consent is so far the only physicians' organization that has opposed this bill.  Not surprising that it passed with nearly all doctor organizations in California voting for it since the medical organizations are truly funded by pharmaceutical companies. Just to be clear, my personal stance is that doctors in California ought to be able to think outside of the box from a medical standpoint while always weighing pros and cons in any given medical situation, especially when new situations arise where there is no protocol, and the 'standard-of-care protocol' is ineffective.  To be muzzled from mentioning alternative therapies and to be muzzled from even promoting medicinal debates regarding covid-19 and the like is wrong and is not in our highest calling as a species.

Over the past two years, why has not one single health professional higher up in government and making the decisions that have governed the past two years of public health policies even been willing to debate any of the critical thinkers that I have been promoting during the same time?  Hmmm.  Interesting.  Please help protect what is right and register your opposition to AB 2098.
