While PEMF is a complex subject, and I am certainly not an expert on it, my background in biophysics gives me a good understanding which I can pass on to you. I have also read the book PEMF: The 5th Element of Health by Bryant A. Meyers, and I have talked to the makers of the PEMF system in our office (Fitness Energy System at https://energeticfitness.com/).
The four elements of health commonly referred to are Water, Fire, Earth, and Air. PEMF should truly be considered the 5th element. What is most often missed in conventional medicine is the Energy, the electrical charge in and around us. Our bodies are made up of atoms, which are actually 99% energy, so PEMF is an essential element in our health. The developments in technology the past 100 years have advanced civilization in many wonderful ways, but it has also created EMF pollution. PEMF actually combats the EMF pollution we are exposed to on a daily basis. This technology produces non-digitally-generated-frequencies. It promotes self-healing in the body by taking the frequencies in our bodies and amplifying them and sending them back to us.
PEMF Therapy provides many physical health benefits, as well as neurological and psychological benefits, with no adverse side effects, including:
- Anti-aging effects
- Anti-inflammatory effects
- Bio-hack your energy
- Enhance detoxification
- Enhance injury recovery
- Improve circulation
- Increase bone density and muscle mass
- Increase endorphin and serotonin levels
- Increase focus and mental clarity
- Recharge your cellular batteries
- Reduce pain and swelling
Through the end of June, any PEMF session is just $19 (regularly $45). Contact the office at (818) 957-6909 for more information or to schedule a session.
Enjoy the video, and as always, please feel free to pass this along!

It's unclear to me what ailment PEMF is actually good for, or is it just a overall good health thing in general, like drinking clean water and eating quality food? I'm both curious and skeptical. Would 1-2-5-10 treatments have lasting health benefits, or would there be only a temporary affect, if any?
