These days, there are so many diet programs out there, it can make your head spin. A downside of all those options is that most diets are temporary, and it's only a matter of time until our willpower gives out. The temptations come, we give in, and we fall off the bandwagon.
There IS one program, however, that I have found and have actually done that I consider to be by far the best "diet" program available. (I like to have personal experience with the things that I recommend ;) Anyone can do this program - vegans, vegetarians, literally anyone.
The program I'm talking about is WildFit. It is a 90-day program that deals with mindset and the reasons behind our food choices. It's not necessarily an easy program, because you do have to put in the work, but it is a most definitely a worthwhile investment of your time and money.
I highly recommend WildFit - it is worth the investment. While I am not always perfect in my food choices, I now have a higher awareness of my food choices and it takes less mental energy to make those choices. The prices are lower right now, too, so it should fit in most budgets.
If you do purchase the WildFit program through my affiliate link, you will receive a $50 Oasis Family Medicine office credit. (Just so you know - It's all about getting this valuable information into your hands, not about any affiliate commissions I may get from your purchase :)
For more info on WildFit, go to their website here. And PLEASE share this with your family and friends - they will thank you for it!
Enjoy the video, and as always, feel free to pass it along!
