What do ping pong balls have to do with gluten?
A lot if you watch my analogy :)
I’m not against gluten all the time. Some should definitely not eat it at all. Whereas some people can handle a certain amount of gluten. My wife does not eat it at all (and for good reason). I do eat it (in smallish quantities). Find out from this video if my “smallish” quantities matter.
And please do not eat ping pong balls no matter how healthy you think you are. Period. Hopefully you at least get that from my short video.
