That being said, the brand of fish oil I use and highly recommend is Ortho Molecular OrthOmega capsules, a top-notch, excellent quality fish oil supplement.
OrthOmega uses sustainable wild fish oil, is the purest of the pure, and is ocean-to-table in a few months, compared to almost every other brand that actually takes 2-3 years to go from ocean to capsule availability on the shelf. Even a few brands that I have previously recommended are still taking 12 months to 2 years to go from ocean to your mouth. Way too long! OrthOmega cuts out the middle-men too, so it's actually cheaper than other high quality fish oils.
In the video below, I have enlisted the help of my daughter, Kalaya, to demonstrate that high quality fish oil should not taste "fishy" and should actually taste good. Undeniable proof in my book... If it tasted the least bit fishy, I can guarantee that my daughter would NOT be happy with the taste! Just keepin' it real ;)
Enjoy the video, and as always, please feel free to pass this along!
