Dr. Kevin Kelly is the Medical Director of the Breast Ultrasound Center in Pasadena, CA and has over 3 decades of experience in breast cancer radiology. To this day, Dr. Kelly remains passionate and dedicated to the early detection of breast cancer. His goal is to educate women about the importance of understanding their breast type so they can make informed decisions about their screening options.
Dr. Kelly will be talking about breast ultrasounds and how this method of screening is used for early detection of breast cancer (yes, even finding what is missed by mammography!). Breast Ultrasound is more than just another test to use in conjunction with conventional mammography - it is a fantastic alternative method of early detection for women who decide against mammography.
