Rather than doing another Q&A on COVID, I am sharing this short 5-minute video which includes some updates on current risks in California along with some masking updates. In my video, I discuss the current data on COVID in California concerning cases (practically non-existent) and testing (true numbers), as well as whether there is a need for masks (it's time to lose the fear!).

I listened to a recent podcast from Health Freedom for Humanity with Shawn Stevenson, who is a well-informed, well-researched, and trusted voice in the health and wellness industry. Amazingly enough, I found nothing he said in the podcast that I disagreed with. I strongly recommend that you listen to this podcast - it is well worth your time.

An Important Covid / Vax Update

It is always my goal and intention to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information available so that people can make the most educated, well-informed healthcare decisions for themselves and their families. As a rule, I prefer not to force particular ideas or viewpoints on others, especially when it comes to healthcare. Check out the VAERS data which is summarized in this article. We are not giving all these deaths their due. These are people's friends and family too. Again, Covid exists. This is not about 'anti' anything. The intention of sharing this is for the sake of true, well-thought-out, informed consent.

Do Vaccines Make Us Healthier?

I started repeatedly asking myself this question since in 2011. Check out this simple, well done, 15-minute video about three studies that asked that question in 2020. Follow-up Interview with Vanden Bossche: Should Mass COVID Vaccinations Be Stopped?

After several hours of discussion, Rob Verkerk, Ph.D., of Alliance for Natural Health International concludes it would be "scientifically, socially and ethically irresponsible" to dismiss Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche’s concerns about mass vaccination.

Check out the interview, with notes, posted on 3/24/21 as it is a follow-up to Dr. Bossche's warning that has taken many by storm in the last couple of weeks, given his stature in the vaccine development community.

Personally, I don't agree with Dr. Bossche's thoughts on the immune system 100%, but his main points are quite interesting and must be considered by individuals since our government and public health departments will undoubtedly be super slow to respond to their own current mistakes. Ultimately, I am always drawn to people who make well-thought-out claims but then say something along the lines of "I don't care if I'm wrong or right, let's just have a discussion because ultimately it's the people's health at large that is most important." Dr. Bossche says this on multiple occasions and I respect him for that. He's also bright, well-spoken, and has an esteemed pedigree. Vaccine Mandates - What Are Your Options?

I have been asked a LOT lately about vaccine mandates and what to do about certain institutions requiring them. To those, I say "Dammit, Jim, I'm a doctor, not a lawyer!" (I couldn't help the reference because, yes, I'm a Trekkie). In all seriousness though, currently, the vaccine cannot be mandated without giving other options. 

Because of the numerous questions, and in an effort to educate and empower our patients to speak to their employers or institutions "requiring" a COVID "vaccine," here are some articles for you to browse:

I'm sure more information will be coming out about this particular subject, and as I become aware of it, I will share those resources with you. 

Informed consent. Big on this... VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System) database has the reported deaths and serious adverse vaccine events. Those numbers are likely only about 10% of the actual deaths and injury caused. This still doesn't mean you shouldn't get one of the injections, it is your choice; but it IS wrong to leave this part of the discussion out. 

Health freedom is very important (and very understated). The bottom line is that an experimental chemotherapy has no business being mandated for a medical condition that is almost UNIVERSALLY PREVENTABLE AND TREATABLE WHEN TREATED CORRECTLY. 

Last but not least, here's an informative, thought-provoking talk given by a wonderful physician, Ryan Cole, who has some great credentials and experience. COVID-19 update - you decide

I continue to receive and review more information on COVID-19 and vaccines, and I'm sharing two of the latest sources here. 

I found this video quite interesting: Mass Vaccination in a Pandemic - Benefits versus Risks: Interview with Geert Vanden Bossche, PhD. Love his passion. Love his experience. Love his willingness to THINK. 

Geert Vanden Bossche, PhD, is an internationally recognized vaccine developer having worked as the head of the Vaccine Development Office at the German Centre for Infection Research. Coordinated Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization's Ebola Vaccine Program and contributed to the implementation of an integrated vaccine work plan in collaboration with Global Health Partners (WHO, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, CDC, UNICEF), regulators (FDA) and vaccine manufacturers to enable timely deployment or stockpiling of Ebola vaccine candidates. Highlighting the principle of using a prophylactic vaccine in the midst of a pandemic. Likely to create more viral variants in the process. Sharing his perspective on mass vaccination in COVID-19.
