Movember


MOVEMBER. No, that's not a typo.  For those of you who don't know about Movember (mustache November), it's a movement geared toward raising awareness of men's health issues. Go here to find out more.

Needless to say, Movember is a most worthy cause because it raises awareness of men's health issues and, regardless of what gender you are, it encourages all of us to live healthy lives. You don't have to be a man to care about men's health.

So, men, if you haven't started already... GROW THAT 'STACHE!!
